F1 and MotoGP Events

As the National Motorsport Manager, I orchestrated the concept and execution of over 40 high-profile Formula One and MotoGP Grand Prix events, each a pinnacle of style and exclusivity. These events were monumental undertakings, marked by unique challenges and rigorous demands.

At the forefront was the elite level of attendees – from celebrities and VIPs to high net worth individuals, key opinion leaders, and influencers. Successfully engaging with such a distinguished audience required meticulous planning and impeccable execution.

Strict regulations imposed by track authorities, Formula One Management, and Dorna Sports added layers of complexity. These rules governed every aspect of event organization, from access controls to event installations, demanding constant vigilance and adaptability.

The logistical aspect was another colossal task. Organizing the event meant overseeing not just the event setup but also the coordination of PR, Production, Audiovisual, and Consumer Engagement teams. This involved managing accommodations and travel logistics for over 40 team members per event, along with the seamless handling of over 900 attendees.

Aligning with the Scuderia Ferrari Marlboro and Ducati Marlboro teams, as well as global sponsors, was crucial for arranging pilot appearances, garage visits, and special activities in the paddock. My role also extended to leading the design and production of permanent hospitalities at the tracks.

Beyond the events themselves, I was responsible for the multi-channel marketing of Motorsport activities. This encompassed Point of Sale Promotions, Events, Plug-Ins, and promotional items, requiring a strategic and creative approach.

This role was more than a job; it was an incredible journey that demanded organization, leadership, quick decision-making, and a commitment to excellence in every facet of execution. Each event was not just a display of speed and competition but a showcase of meticulous planning and elite brand representation in the thrilling world of Motorsport.
